Firebolt

It was a sunny day in Jerusalem. The twelve disciples were huddled in a dark room with the shades drawn and the door locked. They were inside because they were afraid to tell people about Jesus. There were a lot of people outside from other countries. A bolt of fire came over their heads, but did not hurt them. Their broken hearts were sewn together. The disciples came outside and began telling the people about how Jesus had risen from the dead. When Peter was speaking, all the foreigners could tell what he was saying, even though they didn't speak his language. The Holy Spirit was living inside their hearts, and they understood and loved Jesus. And so, everybody left and began telling the people about God and Jesus. It was the birthday of the church.
